Design still visible after reclaiming a screen (ghost image)

 monochrome, reclaiming, screen-printing, sp_usage, usage

▶  Description of the problem

You can still see your design on the screen, even after reclaiming it.

▶  Possible origins

It's totally normal, it's called "ghost images": that is actually the mesh itself that got stained by the ink, but it won't impact your futur prints at all.

▶  Solution

There's nothing specific to do about it as it is just visual, and does not affect the prints.

But if at some point you realize that after several different images your screen starts to become harder to use, you can use a "ghost images remover" that you can find in any screen printing material shop.

It's a very corrosive product that works perfectly to remove anything from your screen.
