Thick fabric printing - Screen doesn't go flat to the board

1. Description of the problem

While printing on hoodies or thick fabrics, you can't get your screen down so that it touches your fabric.

2. Possible origins

It's totally normal, that's why we made the press modular !

3. Solution

There are two parameters you can work on :

  • There's some room below the printing plate to leave some space for extra fabrics-
    • You can slide your printing plate along the aluminium profile to leave more space between the head of the press and the printing plate, allowing more spare for extra fabrics as well.
