Your previous prints were successful and your stencil seems fine but the ink can't pass through the screen. Your design is only partially printed.

The ink dried in your mesh.
3. Solution
Clean your screen entirely with hot water to remove all the dried ink. Use a light to check your screen for stuck ink on the parts where the printing didn't succeed. When you start again, try to avoid leaving ink in you mesh for too long.
