Emulsion impossible to clean off the screen

1. Description of the problem

You can't remove the emulsion from your screen.

2. Possible origins

Two possible reasons:

  • You forgot to humidify the screen before applying your emulsion remover.
    • Your water jet hasn't enough pressure .

      3. Solution

      It is crucial to humidify your screen before applying your emulsion remover. If you don't, the emulsion remover will dry on your screen and it will have the opposite effect fixing the emulsion even more. Only one solution here: a high pressure washer and a good amount of patience, reclaiming your screen bit by bit.

      If however you did humidify your screen and left the emulsion remover to act for at least a minute on both side, it means you need to access a higher pressure water jet.
