You are mounting the cables on the machine's frame but when plugging them onto the motor, you notice that 1 XLR connector is not able to reach the control unit.
▶ Solution
1. First of all start by checking if the color of the cables are matching the color indicators of the connectors on your control unit. If this is not the case, make the needed corrections.
2. Check if the acrylic part on which the cable chain is mounted to the frame is placed at the right distance. It should be at about 400 mm from the front of your machine.
3. If this is still not helping, measure the length of the suspicious cable and compare it to the tables here below.
