Step #18 - Verification

Instructions

  1. Check that the X-axis sensor touches the screw when fully extended. If it collides with the structure first, move the screw away from the structure.
    1. Check that the bottom cable chain allows the full course of the machine without any cable being pulled or bent.
      1. Check that both Y-sensors are actuated when the motor is fully retracted.
        1. Check that the Z-sensor is actuated by the bottom plate when the machine is fully lifted.
          1. Check every belt tensioning. It must be tight. Loose belts will result in reduced accuracy.
