If you purchased a high-z add-on, it is necessary to change some configuration settings before doing any testing. Please follow the link below, before reading the instructions.
First, test your emergency stop button by pushing it. You should see the PlanetCNC icon lighting up, as shown in the screenshot below. It is a latching-type mechanism, so you'll have to reset it by turning the red button in the direction of the arrows.
You can now safely move the machine around, using the coloured arrows of the keypad (an operation called jogging).
Finally, press the "Home" button on the keypad. The machine should slowly move until it reaches the limit switches of each axis in the following order: Z+, X-, Y1-.
